The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA Jobs 2025), Islamabad is inviting applications for the Engagement of Independent Procurement Experts. PPRA is an autonomous body established under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002, responsible for ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficiency in procurement processes across all federal government organizations.
To strengthen efficiency and fairness in procurement, PPRA intends to establish a Pool of Independent Procurement Experts. Selected experts will work with borrowing agencies, based on their area of specialization, to provide independent review and evaluation of procurement operations and compliance with PPRA Procurement Rules.

Qualification
Applicants must have at least 16 years of education in one of the following disciplines:
- Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics Management
- Engineering & Technology
- Business Education
- Biological & Medical Sciences
- Agriculture & Veterinary Sciences
- Physical Sciences
- Social Sciences / Management Sciences
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
- Professional certification and/or licensing from recognized professional bodies is mandatory where applicable.
Preference
- Candidates with demonstrated expertise in procurement, contract management, or supply chain/logistics will be given preference.
Remuneration
- This is an assignment-based engagement.
- Payment will be made by the borrowing agency as per PPRA prescribed limits.
